Priced at Rs.189, the 50-page volume has been published by Chaitanya Foundation, an organisation dedicated to yoga and holistic lifestyle practices.

The yoga therapist said spinal and back disorders were now universal problems. It generally afflicts people who are outgoing by nature and are caught up with external factors.
